Our goal was to create a platform that simplifies access to legal advice, aiding families, entrepreneurs, small businesses, consumers, creators, crime victims, and freelancers in safeguarding their rights and obtaining legal guidance prior to making decisions. Customers can pose any legal question, and the system will connect them with a lawyer. On the other side, lawyers can subscribe to the system to answer questions and provide advice.

We built a web application using a single-page architecture (SPA) and an API-based backend. The platform allows users to be customers, lawyers, or administrators. Customers can create questions, and lawyers have the option to apply to answer those questions. Customers are billed on a recurring basis and can choose to pay once or use coupons for payment.

In the first month, we gained 250 new subscriptions. Moreover, lawyers who participated as advisors experienced a 20% increase in workload compared to solely providing offline services.
