CREABETON AG is part of the MÜLLER-STEINAG Group and the industry leader for a wide range of concrete elements. CREABETON's customers include gardening companies, major customers, cantons, municipalities and private individuals. Sales and distribution take place via direct and indirect channels. SAPIENTROQ was commissioned to analyze and structure the digital projects already underway. At the same time, new fields of activity are to be opened up with a digital business model and the path for digital value creation is to be laid.

A new service business was developed around the strongly sales-driven company, reaching existing and completely new customer segments. Seamless digital networking of products, activities, customers and planning tools creates a professional full-service offering for the monitoring, maintenance and servicing of various plants and properties throughout Switzerland. Using IoT, concrete products become intelligent and enable monitoring of the product and environmental variables.
